 Значения всех физических параметров, необходимых для определения характеристик интеллектуального электронного устройства и его адаптации к условиям подстанции.
Примечание. Если интеллектуальное электронное устройство должно работать автономно, набор его параметров может быть генерирован без параметров системы с использованием зависимых от интеллектуального электронного устройства инструментальных средств параметризации. Если интеллектуальное электронное устройство является частью системы автоматизации подстанции, набор его параметров может включать в себя параметры системы, которые должны быть скоординированы общим инструментальным средством параметризации на уровне системы автоматизации подстанции.

Where the IED has to operate autonomously, the IED-parameter-set can be generated without system parameters using an IED-specific parameterisation tool. Where the IED is a part of the SAS, the IED-parameter set may include system parameters, which must be co-ordinated by a general parameterisation tool at the SAS level
